Photography Studio

In yesterdays lesson we went to the photography studio where we learned how to use the DSLR cameras which we will be using to take the pictures for our music magazines. We learned how to position the soft/light boxes to get the best lighting possible and take a clear image. The backdrop will be changed to white for the images on the front cover. We also learned about light reflectors which helps add even more light to the image and brighten it up. The DSLR cameras that they have are Nikon and Cannon which both have a very large variety of settings and this will allow the photography to look very professional. There is also a black backdrop which could also be useful for some pictures such as maybe my double page spread image or some pictures on the contents page.
